Including but not limited to grave markers, memorial pictures, permanite plaques, customized and cremation urns. Concerning these items we will allow you up to three (3) days from the time of the original order date to receive a full refund. After three (3) days we will not offer any refunds or returns due to the fact these are customized products and cannot be resold; however, if the memorial is defective or if there are errors due to a mistake on our part we will repair the defective/incorrect memorial. If it is determined that it cannot be repaired it will be replaced as it was originally ordered. Here are the necessary steps.

2. When we receive the photos they will be reviewed and we will determine if the memorial can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. If repair is possible the memorial may need to be sent to a local shop for repair. If it needs replacing it will be redone only as it was originally ordered. No changes to the original order will be allowed.

If the product was customized and it was received in damaged condition we reserve the right to replace the item as it was originally ordered. No changes to the original order will be allowed. No exceptions! A replacement memorial will be ordered once all of the above steps have been completed.
