Due to the various products we carry and the different vendors we deal with our return policies will vary from product to product. Below are the return policies.

ALL CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE
Including but not limited to grave markers, memorial pictures, permanite plaques, customized and cremation urns. Concerning these items we will allow you up to three (3) days from the time of the original order date to receive a full refund. After three (3) days we will not offer any refunds or returns due to the fact these are customized products and cannot be resold; however, if the memorial is defective or if there are errors due to a mistake on our part we will repair the defective/incorrect memorial. If it is determined that it cannot be repaired it will be replaced as it was originally ordered. Here are the necessary steps.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. stating the problem with the memorial and be specific also stating what will be necessary to correct the problem. Then take a photograph of the memorial and a close up of the problem area in question. Please include at least two angles. The photo can be mailed to:

2. When we receive the photos they will be reviewed and we will determine if the memorial can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. If repair is possible the memorial may need to be sent to a local shop for repair. If it needs replacing it will be redone only as it was originally ordered. No changes to the original order will be allowed.

ALL NON-CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE
Including but not limited to cremation urns and memorial accessories. If you receive one of these items and it is defective, the wrong one or you simply want to return it for a refund, contact us via e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please state the problem with the product and be specific also stating what will be necessary to correct the problem. Also leave a daytime and evening phone number in the event we need to reach you for additional information. We will respond within a reasonable time with further shipping instructions. Before shipping the item back it must be repackaged in its original container with all of its original contents. Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. If you want a refund we will either credit your credit card account or a refund check will be issued for the original amount minus restocking charges. If the item was defective or it was the wrong one it will be replaced.

Note: The above return policy applies only to non-customized products. If the product was customized and it was received in damaged condition we reserve the right to replace the item as it was originally ordered. No changes to the original order will be allowed. No exceptions! A replacement memorial will be ordered once all of the above steps have been completed.
